The Platform is intended exclusively for use by restaurants and food-service businesses. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate food-service establishment and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

The Platform is not available to individuals using it for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All new accounts are entitled to a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Upon expiry of the trial, continued access to the Platform requires an active paid subscription under a monthly or yearly plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Yearly subscriptions cancelled early will be converted to a monthly plan and discontinued at the end of the month already paid for.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply from your next billing cycle.

All intellectual property rights in the Signature Menus Platform — including its design, code, features, branding, and underlying technology — are owned exclusively by Us. Nothing in these Terms grants You any ownership right, title, or interest in the Platform.

We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for the purpose of managing and publishing your restaurant's digital menu during the term of your active subscription.

You retain ownership of all menu content, images, descriptions, and other materials you upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Us a limited licence to store, display, and serve it solely for the purpose of operating the Platform on your behalf.

You represent and warrant that You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You assume full responsibility for Your Content.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful or unlawful content.

Resell, sublicence, or otherwise make the Platform available to any third party without our prior written consent.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.

Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to Indian IT laws and data protection regulations.

Impersonate another business or individual, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party rights.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the experience of other users.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signature Menus and its proprietor from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) Your Content; (iii) your breach of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the Platform dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if We determine in Our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Platform in a manner that could harm Us or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all other applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Telangana, India.

By using the Platform, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Telangana.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
