At Signature Menus, we believe in keeping things straightforward. You can try our platform completely free for 30 days — no credit card required, no commitments. This policy explains what happens once you choose to subscribe.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial with full access to the platform.

No credit card is required to start your trial. There are absolutely no upfront fees or hidden charges.

You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged anything.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made after the free trial are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to issue refunds for that billing period.

We encourage you to make full use of the 30-day free trial to evaluate whether Signature Menus is the right fit for your restaurant before subscribing.

3. Exceptions

Accidental double charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

Extended service outages: If the Signature Menus platform experiences a significant outage or becomes unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end, affected customers may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the impacted period.

Case-by-case discretion: We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants a refund outside of the above, please reach out to us and we will review your request fairly and individually.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain full access to the platform through the end of your current billing period.

Monthly plans: Your subscription will end at the close of the current month. No further charges will be made.

Yearly plans: If you wish to cancel a yearly subscription early, your plan will be converted to a monthly subscription. Your access will continue through the end of the month that was already paid for, after which the subscription will not renew. The remaining balance of your yearly payment will not be refunded.

5. Your Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your restaurant data, menus, and content will be retained for a 30-day grace period. You can reactivate your account at any time within this window without losing any data.

After the 30-day grace period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting any important information before this window closes.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
